Return Timeframe

UK customers can return unwanted items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. International customers can return your unwanted items within 21 days of receiving your order. Please note, this means we must have your order returned back to us within this timeframe. Any orders received back after this period will be ineligible for a refund, and the refund will be rejected.

Cost

Returns welcome at Blank Seams, Remarket, M1 3AN (free). Otherwise, postage costs are your responsibility. Processing Timeframe

Please allow 7 working days for refunds to be processed once they have reached our warehouse (UK law is 14 working days). This may take longer during busy periods.

Once the refund has been issued, funds may take up to 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank provider.

Return Guidelines

Fill out the returns form enclosed within your parcel. If you have lost this, please provide a note with your full name, date of purchase and order number. No form or note may result in your return not being processed.

Ensure items are in their original unworn condition with swing tag attached, otherwise the refund will be rejected.

Use a trackable return service, as we can only provide a refund if the return has been received. 

For International customers: Please mark the package as a ‘return of goods’ on the customs declaration form to avoid unwanted charges. We are not responsible for surcharges. If a parcel is returned with additional fees, these will be deducted from the refund.
